Chad Pierce is a business engagement consultant with Iowa Workforce Development serving portions of central, northcentral, and western Iowa. He has been in this role for 2 years, starting in Fort Dodge, and currently working out of our American Job Center in Des Moines. He works closely with Iowa businesses to help diagnose workforce challenges and provide resources related to recruiting, tax credits, hiring, customized training opportunities, and detailed labor market information. Brian is currently a proud Employee Owner at Palmer Group serving in the role of Human Resources Director. He has spent the past 25 years working in a variety of roles within employment and staffing industry in the Des Moines area.
