About Us

Our Mission and History

Our Mission

To strengthen the Pleasant Hill business community by fostering connections between businesses, residents, and local government; advocating for member interests, and supporting sustainable growth.

Our Vision

To be the leading voice behind a thriving business community in Pleasant Hill, inspiring growth, innovation, and sense of belonging.

History

The Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce was formed January 6th, 1988 and our initial board of Directors included 10 members.

Some of the events hosted by the Chamber included the Annual Dinner, Summer Fest, and Hill of Lights.

For many years, we were located in the old KJJY building (5161 Maple Drive) until City Hall acquired its current location in 2004.
